Light, healthy, and creamy, this all-fruit smoothie tastes decadent.
1 ripe banana
1 can of peaches, drained (best if packed in its own juice)
2-4 cups of frozen mango cubes (such as Dole)
1/2 to 1 cup of apple or orange juice
Break the banana into several pieces in the bottom of a blender cannister. Pour peaches on top. Add frozen mangoes. Pulse the mixture until fruit is chopped. Blend on high until smooth and creamy, adding juice until you have acquired the consistency you desire. Serve immediately.
